Everyone has bad days. Some, worse than others. It feels like the universe is conspiring against you, like you hate everyone  (including and sometimes, especially, yourself), that the harsh reality is that things are never going to get better- they’re gonna keep getting worse and worse and worse; like you’re hitting your head on a stone wall repeatedly;as if you’re falling down a hole you’ve dug for yourself. It feels as though you have absolutely no say in anything in your life. That feeling sucks.

But then, there are good days too. There will be days when you’ll feel positively giddy with euphoria .Days when you feel loved, days that will feel too good to be true, when you'll be drunk with happiness;days when everything will seem possible, when you'll realise that there is more goodness in the world than you think there is. Those are the best days.So if a few bad days is the price you pay for just one of the good ones, I think that they’re worth it. That they will always be worth it, even if it doesn't feel like that at the time. It’s beautiful isn’t it? That one thing can be both the best and the worst fact about life- nothing lasts forever. The good days wont last, but, then- neither will the bad ones. So, dont give up hope. Smile.Love.There’s light at the end of the tunnel. Keep going. You’ll get there…

Happiness is a fragile thing. It comes and goes in the blink of an eye. We try to blame our unhappiness on others, often ignoring the fact that we are the prisoners of our own minds.

Sometimes it is the chemicals in our brain that cause us to fall into depression but most of the times it is our fear of letting go. Letting go all of the problems that have held us back so far.

The happiness that we were gifted with can be taken away from us very easily. Our lives can turn on a dime due to the small acts of hate that could be directed towards us.

People often criticise the ones who don't have a healthy state of mind by calling them "weak" and "people who are just asking for attention." This kind of ignorance leads to more unhappiness which leads to loss of productivity and sometimes, death.

Mental illness is something that everyone consciously chooses to ignore. We fail to realize that mental health is as important as our physical health. Mental illnesses cannot go away by asking someone to just stop thinking about it. Is that the way our physical illnesses go away? If someone has a fever, do we ask them to stop thinking about it, magically expecting it to be cured?

It is time that we started giving the same medical attention to mental illnesses that we give to the physical ones. Just because we can't see it doesn't mean it isn't there. We should teach people that there so much out there that is waiting for them and help them break the chains that hold their happiness back.

It is time for us to wake up because mental illnesses are no joke and shouldn't be treated as one too.

In this changing era as everything is changing rapidly, but the one thing that is still in vogue and will always remain is SMILE. That can take millions of 💓 hearts 💓 away.

A person has an unconquerable soul if he/she smiles even in the bars. As smile is the only way to change one's perspective. If our heart is free, our face is able to wear the prettiest thing than no bars can make us feel victim. As

Two men look out through the same prison bars. One sees mud and the other 🌟 stars 🌟.

As laughter reminds us  of the jolly Laughing Buddha. How contagious his laughter was that helps to attain Enlightenment for many people. And the bars remind us of the stubborn Bhagat Singh. How free is he even inside the bars. The reason is bars doesn't define our freedom. It is our heart who is actually responsible for it.
